I know ive posted this about everywhere and the admisn are probally going to get angry, but i must find this solution i know someone on this forums knows the answer! You see ZeonDude got the Actual Tails model working on Jigglypuff Here is video.
I was told to make a post here to better find my solution.

Unfortunately as seen in the video his whole model (Only his Two Tails Show) will not show. As of now i have no clue how to fix this if you know any way this might be fixed it would be very appreciated if you would Post below
