need some help

honestly i can tech pretty well, but i cant seem to double Fair at all. Can anyone walk me through the steps? and im having mad problems landing the ken combo too.

Well, I can't tell you much besides practice it. some people like to alternate between the A button and the c-stick but its not required. i can do it well enough without the c-stick.
