Need Some Help With Character Data

I want to import over some of the character data from 3.0, while keeping everything else 3.5. Is there any way I can replace the data of individual characters so they act like they did in 3.0

Do you mean movesets and animations? You can literally just copy data from the "Fighter" folder of PM 3.0 and put it in the PM 3.5 Fighter folder. The movesets are called "Fit[Character].pac" and the animations are "Fit[Character]MotionEtc.pac".
