Need some help finding a codeset and fileset

Well, unfortunately my sd card got utterly destroyed about a month ago. So I went out a got a new one yesterday, but I need

A) The gecko codeset used to get the alloys in the CSS and make custom textures, music, ect work without crashing the game. and

B) I need the files that you put on your sd card that basically has all the brawl files for you to switch music, textures, and all that stuff around.

I hope I've explained clearly enough and any help would be appreciated!
