need some DI help against marth

tired of my friend getting a free tipp'd Upsmash every once in a while
occasional i can DI out of his Throw Throw Fsmash combo but I seem to struggle at it each time

anyone know the correct way to get out of this?
and don't say "don't get grabbed"

Don't get grabbed
Di just Left or Right(whatever way is away from marth) after getting grab
Marth has a guaranteed throw into fsmash combo on sheik in the low %, never in killing though
Please use the Q&A thread as a question like this could of been easily answered in there.

I was told to DI TOWARDS Marth at low % so his fthrow -> fsmash would not be sweetspotted
