Need .pac files for Brawlbox!!!

I've only found one place where I can download them, and it doesn't work! So I was wondering If anyone could direct me to a site with the downloads.

In the event that no one can: I found the textures I needed on the Texture Resource, but they are PNG files, which are not (to my understanding) compatible with Brawlbox.

Any help would be graciously welcome.
