Need info about Pokemon modifier hack

I've been following this and came up with 000044C4.

What I wanted was:

Groudon
Kyogre
Ho Oh (common)
Deoxys (common)

What I got was:

Chikorita (extremely common)
Groudon (common)
Kyogre (common)
Ho oh (Rare, one time)
Deoxys (rare)

How do I make the code for these Legendary Pokemon only, without the Chikorita?

Just tried 000044D4 and I still got the Chikorita problem. Also, I gained Moltres and Deoxys is still rare.

Chikorita is 00000004. And you can see in your code, you end with 4 even though all the Pokemon that you wanted end with 0.
