i did evrything up to stage builder then from there it didnt do anything

And what happened when you got to the stage builder? We need as many details as you can give, or we can't help you fix it

the automated stages were there i deleted them closed the stage build then went back and nothing

Do you have codes, private, projectm, boot.elf and gameconfig.txt directly in your sd card and not in a folder?.. what is the brand of your sd card?..
