So,As I've recently got a PAL Wii U and getting homebrew on my Wii U's vWiiMode,I tried to use USB Loader to get Project M Ver. 3.5 and I really can not get it to work. My USB does have an NTSC iso and I've tried both of the front ports and none of them work. No game disc shows up. Plus I have one question to go along with my issue. If I get Project M for USB Loader,Will I still be able to Mod : Textures,Stages,Music,SFX etc.? If yes,Could you lead me to a threat to were,I could get more information about it? (Excuse me,If this is an obvious question,but I'm still a beginner at modding. Any answer is appreciated.)

Have you tried the back ports?

Yes, you'd do this mostly the same as you would normally (put the files on the SD card). For this, and other reasons, it's easier to just use a Brawl ISO, and have the PM files on your SD card, rather than compiling a Project M ISO.

Thank god! I got worried a bit there!

Thanks for your attention.

So my 2nd back port worked and I have the iso.It's showing up and is playable,but It's not starting as Project M. I followed this tutorial from Reddit : http://www.reddit.com/r/smashbros/comments/12jfij/a_comprehensive_guide_for_you_european_smashers/ and I don't get why It's not working. I put Ocarina On and Hooktype VBI (Default) Will you be able to understand more of the situation,If I send a pic of my SD Card's files? Or am I doing something wrong? Please answer!

Plus,I followed this tutorial to patch my cIOS,If that is also a reason. Here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qfLaz4lK1Gg

The preferred hooktype is AXNextFrame. Other than that, make sure all the files are in the correct locations in the SD Card root. The root should have, at minimum:
* /apps/ folder
* /codes/ folder
* /projectm/ folder
* gameconfig.txt

So,It seems that I didn't have a gameconfig.txt,But still I can't find it anywhere. But I did find a config.txt file on the Project M Folder,Is that it? If not how can I get the gameconfig.txt file? Excuse me,If I'm annoying,I'm a beginner and have no hacking experience.Here's a pic of my SD Card:

The content of the file should look like this:
Code:
RSB?01:
codeliststart = 80570000
codelistend = 80580000
hooktype = 7
poke(800042B8, 60000000)
pokeifequal(803E9930, 4BFECA1D, 803E9930, 60000000)
pokeifequal(803E99A8, 4BFECA1D, 803E99A8, 60000000)
pokeifequal(803E9D5C, 4BFECA1D, 803E9D5C, 60000000)
If that's what's in that file, then rename it to "gameconfig.txt". If not, make a new file, name it "gameconfig.txt", and put the above in it.

I got it work! Thanks for helping me! Just one slight nitpick. Is there a way for the game to go full screen? I mean,If you put a brawl on the vWii,it runs at full screen,so why can't it work there?

Are the video settings correct in the loader? (force NTSC and such)
I don't use my Wii U for this, so I'm not familiar with the problem.

wait, what did you fix? did you have slight black bars on the sides of the screen?
if so, how? i always thought that was unavoidable.
