Need help with PSA editing: It's fairly simple.

I was wondering if someone could help me edit Marth's FitMarth.pac file so that his Side B only does his second and third side attack (The stab, and then the slash; SpecialS2LW, automatically followed up by SpecialS3S) with only one input (The other attacks won't be accessible) as well as making it so that Marth's second jab follows up immediately after without having to press the button twice?
