Need Help with my Yoshi Textures

Im not sure if this the right place to ask since im new here

I just recently made a Brown Yoshi however whenever i load it on the game it freezes.

Whenever i load it through the Step2 Create File it starts off With 02Yoshi_Egg and then when i click y and enter it says it doesn't have a Palette

I made a Orange one too and wanna make more but i need help to get them working

How do i get it to work?

With a palette texture you load the image in photoshop and go image>mode>indexed and type in the number of colours the image can have.
