need help with movesets...

all right after hours of breeding i got some good natures pokemon... but i need help with the moves... the pokemon almost have maxed out EVs in their strongest stats...

Roserade, modest
Evs in speed and sp.atk
-giga drain
-shadow ball
-sludge bomb
-???

dont know what to use as my last move... also should i use Roserade as my starter in a battle?

Infernape, jolly
Evs in attack and speed
-thunderpunch
-flare blitz
-close combat
-u turn

i thought Infernape is pretty solid, should i replace anything?

dont know what to teach him...

Swampert, adamant
Evs in attack and HP
-earthquake
-hammer arm

Togekiss, calm
Evs in sp.atk and defense
ability-serene grace
-water pulse
-shadow ball
-softboiled
-???

one of my favorite pokemon, it knows softboiled from my leafgreen version, i dont know what the last move should be though...
