Hey, I got that program, I just don't know what it does, someone tell me?

Basically it's a trivia robot for IRC channels that will echo out questions and such, keeping score for everyone, and basically waiting for someone to say the answer.
Of course I don't know where to get it nor do I have an IRC channel at my disposal, so I'm of no further service.

I am looking for help on getting trivbot2001 running...all i need to know is what is up with questionlist file..it keeps saying it can't open...do you load these inside you aliases, popups, remote., or somehwere else...everything else is cool........please help if you can...thanks
