Need help to organize a tourney in MD!

MDVA region! Players! TOs! I need your assistance desperately. I've been playing competitive smash for a month and it's been the best year of my life, I've been to Smash@Xanadu several times and I attended Smashcon which gave me the inspiration to have a tournament of my own. The thing is, I'm really stressed out about how I'm going to have setups. I only have 2 CRT's and one wii 20XX setup. My friend could bring setups but that'd amount to a total of 3 complete setups at the tournament. I have no idea how I'm going to host a nice tournament without setups, so could the community please help me out? TOs please help me out, and I know there's plenty of players in or near the MDVA region who'd be interested in going to this tournament. I don't have any TO experience at all, and I need TOs with experience to also assist me in hosting this tournament. I'm trying to have this tournament in late spring early summer.

I'm sorry for the late reply. The best way to get TO's is to PM them if they can run the tourney and the best way to get setups is to have a discount for bringing in setups. I'm excited for the tournament, though.
