need help regarding mewtwo dlc

have smash wii u
have smash 3ds from e shop
have the nintendo account linked, e network account thing linked too
have the smash wii u registered (physical copy) on my nintendo club
cant register the 3ds one since it didnt come with a code

For eShop purchases, I think you have to go to the "My Games" section on the Club Nintendo website to get the survey for registering it. After both are registered, you get a message on the Club Nintendo main page telling you to register for the Mewtwo and soundtrack promotions. (at least that's how it works here, might be different where you are)
