Need Help Moving Stages Around

So, what I'm trying to do is switch the spots of Skyloft <--> Distant Planet and Pokemon Stadium 1 <--> Dracula's Castle. I have Stage Manager and SSSEditor (and I'm guessing that I need to use SSSEditor), but I have no idea how to do it.
