Need Help Installing a PM Build On My SD

Wasn't sure if this belonged in the "help and support" thread or here, but it didn't seem that anyone really was getting any help in the help and support thread and I guess this is "custom content", so I posted it here.

So I downloaded TKO's "Moisture Pack" (I'm pretty sure it's just a bunch of custom music) thinking that it would be a bunch of files that I would just copy and paste onto my PM SD card. Instead, it came as a single .RAR file and I have no idea what to do with it. It said that it came with instructions, but it didn't and I have absolutely zero experience customizing PM/Brawl, so, if someone could help me out, that would be great.

Thanks. I had no idea that it was a type of zip file.

I read the instructions that came with it and it said:

YOU SHOULD TAKE THE INFO.PAC AND REPLACE YOUR EXSISTING INFO.PAC FOR THE CORRECT MUSIC NAMES

SD -> PROJECTM -> PF -> INFO2 -> INFO.PAC
^^^^^ THE FILEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Does this mean that there is supposed to be a INFO.PAC file included in the pack, or am I supposed to go in and edit the original INFO.PAC myself? If it's that latter, then where do I find the program I need to edit .pac files?

That step might be optional. But either way, use BrawlBox to edit .pac and .pcs files.
