Need help in beating Olimar

For some reason, Olimar is my Ganondorf's weakness. I just can't beat him. I don't have any trouble beating him with my other mains, but I don't have a chance with Ganondorf. Any tips for beating him? or is Olimar just a really bad counterpick?

Bad advice...

Get better at spot dodging, try to avoid getting grabbed, play defensive, use U-air off the edge for easy gimp kills, never just throw out attacks unless you are 80% sure it will hit him. its one of ganons hardest matchups IMO. but far from impossible, just wait til you spike him and then loosing the previous 5 matches wont even matter

Olimar is a special case where Ganondorf's Down-B is better than his Side-B.

Olimar can easily stop Ganondorf's Side-B with his Pikmin, but Ganon's Down-B has much more priority. If Olimar even tries to throw Pikmin at Ganondorf, Wizard's Foot will crush them.
