Need Help For Setting Up a Tournament!

Me and a friend are going to host a Smash 4 Wii local tournament but need some help doing so. If you have experience with this type of stuff please answer some of the following questions for me. It would really help a lot. 1)bracket system - We haven't decided if we are going to do 1 loss and your out, or a losers bracket. I do not really know how losers bracket works though. If you could describe exactly how a losers bracket works for a tournament with 50 people in it, that would be great.
2)Nuetrals and Counterpicks - I know basic legal stages but if you could post exactly which stages are which? That would help a lot.
3)Streaming - I think we would like to stream the tournament, but I do not exactly know how to stream Smash 4, if you stream Smash 4 can you give me some help?
5)Size - We are aiming for about 40-50 people participating, is that too much? Too little?
If there is any tips you have or anything like that please post it, it would help a lot. PM me if you want info on the tournament.
