Need Help finding more custom characters

I feel like a n00b posting this here, but I have had a hard time finding actual new characters. In this list, most of the ones I could find were textures. I'm look for a full new character, like Geno. This is a huge list of stuff to sift through, so I was wondering if someone had a quick link to a working (as in, not beta; I'm a hacking n00b, so I'd break my Wii with an unfinished one... ) full character(s)

Have you looked through Brawl Vault? They have a TON of PSAs, like Cloud, Shadow (I mean, 9001 Shadows), Sephiroth, Goddess Zelda, and stuff like that.

I have; but again, it's a whooole bunch of texture packs. I can't seem to find another full character.
