Need Help Converting .rel Files

Does anybody know a tool that converts .rels from US to Pal? Thanks In Advance!

I haven't tried this converting PAL .rel files, but try using Bero's rel editing program. Put the rel in the "rel" folder, choose it as the original in the program, and choose the stage you want it to be. Like I said, I've never tried it, but try it and tell me what happens.

Here I made guide to help you.

What you need:
7-zip
Pal modules.
Bero's rel editing program.
Brawlbox by Kryal

What you do.
(For the purpose of this guide I will be using this stage.
1. Make 2 folders one called Brawlbox and the other called stage switcher.

2.Download brawlbox into the brawlbox folder and Beros stage switcher program into the stage switcher folder

3.Extract by right click and press 7-zip>extract here on both of them.

4.Extract the files in the modules folder into the rel folder in the stage switcher folder.

5.Open the stage in brawlbox.
It should have the name of the stage at fig.1
This stage doesn't (which is rare)
Luckily most stage have eff_stagename at the bottom fig.2
You now know the proper name of the stage.

This stage is stgdonkey so you rename it stgdonkey.pac(This stage can replace 75m without.rels)

(Use this if you dont know what the stage names are.)

6.Now lets say I dont want this stage on 75m.
Lets say I want it on Green hill zone.
Rename your stage to STGGREENHILL.PAC

7.Open up the rel editor (Its called stage switcher).

8.Select the rel u want.

So in the first box my stage is a stg_donkey.pac which is 75m so I select st_jungle.rel fig.1
Then in the 2nd box I select 75m as this is the stage I have.fig.2
Then in the 3rd box I select green hill zone as this is the stage I want to have the custom stage replace.fig.3
Press start

9.Now get your new. rel in the edited folder (it's renamed automatically) and put it into your pf/module folder on your sd card.Put your stage(make sure you renamed it to STGGREENHILL.PAC)into pf/stage/melee.
Finished.You now have a stage meant for 75m now working in green hill zone.
Make sure you use the rels I gave you as the ones i gave you are pal rels
