Need Help Connecting to a Different Router

My friend is over here and forgot his wiimote, but luckily we have bootmii and all that so we can load w/o it, but we can't change the internet settings

is there any way to do this without one with hacks?

First, no, there is no possible way to access Internet Settings without a Wiimote, no piece of homebrew can touch that.
