Need help beating ness

When I vs a Ness I have trouble using any of my aerials because of his priority. I try to use my neutral air or Bair but his Fair can usually counter that. I usually try to play more defensive against him thou. I was wondering if anyone knows any good strategies that can help me counter his aerials.

I have trouble fighting Ness too. I use the smash up move and egg throw move to counter Ness's aerial attacks. Hope it helps.

I hate fighting ness since his aerial game I think is the best in the game (he's my secondary), his ground game is average at best though (if they know how to use the yoyo's well then it's average) so in this fight i usually try and stay on the ground which i actually hate to do but ness doesn't have very many kill moves since his yoyo's can't kill and his bat is soooo slow, but at about 120 get ready for a grab cause the Bthrow kills just about anyone at that range.
