Need controller in my country

Hi! I am new to the smash scene and I'd like to play a lot to get the minimum skill to compete decently on any tournament! But first, I think I'll need a GC controller, which I don't have!
On the one hand, the smash scene on Spain, where I live, is not that strong as it would be, for example, on USA, and I don't think I will find easily a good model of the controller, unless I buy a second handed official GC, but I am not confident enough because I am afraid it will be too much used and won't be reliable to the perfection in terms of input lag or the conservation of the controller.

On the other hand, however, I found on the most popular electronics and computer-related web shop on Spain a model of GC controller and a adapter for the PC and the WII U that works by USB! (I think it's USB), which can be found here: https://www.pccomponentes.com/mando-compatible-gamecube-wii-negro
https://www.pccomponentes.com/adaptador-controlador-gamecube-a-wii-u-pc
I trust that web page and I'm sure the deliver will be done in perfect conditions.

My question here is if I should by an official GC controller (that I think costs 45€ or 50€ in Spain, and I could not afford the PC adapter) or if you can recommend me an specific third party controller that is good enough and available in Spain

Thanks!

I just checked on amazon.es and new official gamecube controllers are 30€ with shipping. Never ever buy a 3rd party controller, they all suck. If you don't want to spend 30€, buy used. Still much better than any 3rd party controller.
There are generally only two good gamecube controller usb adapters, which are the official one by nintendo and the 4-port mayflash one .

The controller you linked will not be legal at tournaments (turbo button). just a heads up.
