I think it's a sleeper hold that may possibly knock out the opponent for a short period of time. This could set up some nice combos. Sleeper hold -> rocket launcher at ground? I can't wait to see Snake's special moves update.

yes it probably is a down grab cause when sanke grabs someone he gets behind them into that position. it probably is a knock out and not a kill cause then it would be too easy.
