We all know how lucario's up b does no damage, easily edgehogged. However thnx to the properties of lucario's up b he is able to instantly wall cling as he up b to a wall, preventing a gimp.
But if they are recovering low, just occupy the edge, making a wall jump out of an up b their only option. once you see that they're starting to up b to the wall quickly tap away from the stage and fair. This will cause you to stage spike a lucario all the time
