Ne Regular Tourneys added (since Online maintenance)

The Super Smash Bros. For Wii U exclusive online mode,Tourney mode got some updates in the self-making tourney since the maintenance but Regular Tourneys too.
They added some Mii (Stocks) and there is way more 1v1s.
That's all they added.
Still no way to create 1v1 tourney but we can always dream :)

EDIT : New Regular Tourneys with 1 stock only
