Name a ridiculous character for SSB and give movesets as well

For example I got,

Spongebob Squarepants

B: He blows a bubble that traps him inside for a few secs. (Repels attacks like Peach's toad)

Side B: Karate chop with his red gloves.

Up B: Spatula

Taunt 1: His famous laugh

Taunt 2: " I'm Ready!"

And so on and so forth. You get the idea. This should be interesting.
