N64 gameboy tower emulation

Does anyone know if it is possible to interact with the gameboy tower yet?
I have found little information in my google searches, mostly out dated considering the more recent advances in n64 emulation.

i highly doubt this thread belongs here...

in any case, if it does work it would most likely work with N-Rage's controller plugin.

in my opinion, theres no reason to emulate the game boy tower...at all.
i would just use a gameboy emulator and NRage's controller plugin to load the .sav in transfer pak mode...or whatever its called.

I apologize since it is a little outside of smash discussion, however this is one of the more populated forums about n64 and n64 emulation. I figured I would get a response here faster than anywhere else.

A few friends of mine are doing a pokemon tournament (RBY > stadium) for nostalgia sake. I am trying to get them to switch over to using an emulator (for stadium and smash) for the performance and graphics but they are hesitant to make the leap.

Just doing some research work to sway them. Thanks
