This thread is for developing an Erdos number style ranking, based solely on tournament matches.
The way it works is: There is a number 0 in each region (Japan, Peru, North America, Brasil, Europe, Austrailia). If a person beats a number zero N times, their score is 1/N. If a person beats someone with a score X ( >= 1 ), in a single match, their score is [1+X]. If they beat them in a set, they are given the same score. The rules for 0 < X < 1 are trickier but i will post about it later

I am writing a tool where you
Add Players (Name, Country)
Add Tournaments (names, dates)
For a player, you can specify all the people that they took a match off of at whatever tournament, as well as all the people they took sets off of (definition: you play 3 or 5 matches in a set).
Save all the stuff you input
You can then calculate the Isai / Gerson / Jouske N is a Number Rankings. You can set filters like earliest date and regions.

I'm like 50% done writing the code.
Europe is a country, because **** you thats why
