Smash Wii U My Wii U always error once battle starts!!!!!

everytime i load a battle, it always show me this error. 150-1031. it's free from scratches and smudges. it's from my country. it's legit. the update data is not corrupted. I NEED TO SOLVE THIS NOW! I BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR WAY TOO LONG!!!
