My wallet isn't as big as others, where can I find Gamecube controller?

So I'm a livestreamer and ever since I was little my parents spoiled me with Nintendo games to keep me cheery as I was left with my grandmother (I had difficulties speaking with her).

Now that I'm older, my wallet is small and my parents are still in the same habits. I've convinced them to let me work on upgrading my stream myself and that I could buy my own equipment (which is good because now they have money to do what they want).

Now my wallet is small and I don't have a job because my parents are telling me to wait one more year since I'll probably be taller ( I'm barely 5ft). I'm not worried about buying Sm4sh Wii U. But my money is going towards a new TV since my tv is about 10 years old, so because of that I don't have enough for adapter and gamecube controller.

I know you can get one in Canada for 29.99 when the Wii U Version comes out. And Smash Boards sells $29.99 gamecube controllers.

Anyone know where I can get a gamecube controller that isn't used that I could get for a cheaper price?

$30 is as good as you're gunna get unless you do Third Party ones. AFAIK the only decent third party controllers tend to be smaller than GCs in size, making the grip feel really different, and they're still like $15-20 range.
