As you requested, my rating is below. :)
_______________________________________________

Ok, I'm assuming this is your DS team, because if you were playing on shoddy you could just set them to level 100. So, I'll rate based on that.

TTar: Dark pulse should be thrown out. If you want a mixed TTar set, use ice beam and/or thunderbolt. If you're going with no speed EVs, your TTar is most likely going to die, as the opposing lead with likely smash you with a super effective hit before you can do anything. Either use focus sash, choice scarf, or rock polish to fix this. Leftovers isn't helpful on TTar.

Garchomp: Technically not allowed in OU, but whatever. Flygon is an option if you want the same types, but I don't really like it. Salamence is a viable option. But in terms of your current set: dragon claw>dragon rush, fire fang>draco meteor, and life orb>razor fang.

Lucario: Iron tail out, earthquake in. Just rack up 80 bp to get the tm. Expert belt>black belt. Pretty good set here. :)

Milotic: I would suggest a bulky water set. Try: Recover, Ice beam, Surf, and hypnosis/light screen. Use defensive EVs and bold nature. I'm not going to suggest HP electric because it's ridiculously hard to get.:( Generally, Ice beam> blizzard unless there is hail, but this team wants sandstorm. Speaking of which, you could use swampert to have sandstorm immunity. Try this set:

Swampert @ Leftovers
Impish
252 HP/252 defense/4 special defense
Earthquake
Avalanche
Stealth Rock
Curse

Blaziken: I like infernape over blaziken, but if you're trying to stick with him, Superpower>sky uppercut, earthquake>blaze kick, and something else over Brave Bird XD. 2 of the three types brave bird covers are already covered by flare blitz, and with two recoil move you're asking to die. Blaziken probably wants choice scarf for OU use.

Porygon Z: Here's what I would use:

Porygon Z@ Focus sash
Adaptability: Modest
4 hp/252 speed/252 special attack
Thunderbolt
Tri Attack
Psychic/Agility
Nasty Plot

If you get an agility and nasty plot in, you will crush most teams.

I'm not going to rate alternates since my post is already gigantic.

Overall: Natures and EVs are all over the place. I know it's a pain in the *** to get the right natures, but you kind of need to. And seriously, it's impossible to have over 510 EVs per pokemon. Mixape, swampert, vaporeon, gyrados, heatran, and metagross are going to give this team hell. There's not much type synergy; a lot of moves overlap in coverage. Because of the lack of type coverage, opposing teams will have ample time to set up stats boosts and traps like stealth rock. I really think you should try shoddy; it's the best way to edit your team. Thats how I gained most of my experience.

In terms of hatching eggs quickly, get a slugma or magcargo for their ability to make eggs hatch twice as fast; they're in Stark Mountain. Look up the egg groups, and put two compatible pokemon in the daycare. Then fly in and out of solaceon, talking to the guy each time to get an egg. One you're team is 4 eggs, a slugma/magcargo, and a flyer, go to the bike path and you'll only have to half the work (going back up the path). Repeat this process until you get the right natures. It's annoying, but pretty much necessary to be a competitive DS player. If you're using shoddy, just change the nature; there's no work involved.

If you want me to rewrite the entire team out with my suggestions, feel free to ask me.

I dunno...

I think we should try to rework this team. Soon I'll post what would be a good team based on the pokemon that you've listed.

Alright, now that I have some time to waste, I've made the following team of the pokemon you listed above:

Infernape @ Life orb
Blaze: Jolly
4 HP/252 attack/252 speed
Fake Out
Flare Blitz/Fire Punch
Close Combat
Earthquake/Mach Punch

A physical sweeping leadnape. I've given you some choices for two of the moves.

Tyranitar @ Focus Sash
Sand Stream: Jolly
4 HP/252 attack/252 speed
Rock Polish
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Crunch

One rock polish and you're good to go. Ice fang is a decent option.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Torrent: Adamant
252 HP/252 attack/4 defense
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Avalanche
Curse

The swampert set I listed above really helps this team; I know you didn't list that you have it but it would really help your team if you could find one.

Salamence @ Life Orb
Intimidate: Jolly
4 HP/252 attack/252 speed
Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw/Outrage
Fire Fang
Earthquake

You said in your previous RMT thread that you had a salamence, so I'm using that. Anyway, here's a standard DD set.

Porygon-Z @ Focus Sash
Adaptability: Modest
4 hp/252 speed/252 special attack
Thunderbolt
Tri Attack
Psychic/Agility
Nasty Plot

The set I used above is the only viable special sweeping option you've given me.

Metagross @ Leftovers
Clear Body: Adamant
80 HP/252 Atk/36 Def/4 Spe/136 SpD
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake/Ice Punch/Thunder Punch
-Iron Defense
-Light Screen

This is ORLy's "Pentagon" set; all credit goes to ORLy. It's a nice defensive set that can be found on the first page of the strategy pokedex submissions thread.

Overall
If you could put together this team, it would be decent. But it would help a lot if you could list some of the other pokemon you have available. You've mainly just provided me with physical sweepers. I'm thinking about throwing lucario in here. There's still not a lot of synergy here, but it's a bit better than earlier.

Tyranitar LV. 58 Docile Nature @ leftovers
201 HP/ 185 ATTACK/ 180 DEFENSE
Moveset: stone edge crunch earthquake dark pulse

i like lead of with Tyranitar because of the sand storm, helps out my Garchomp a lot in the long run
Not too bad. Needed more EVs and an Adamant nature, though, and replace Dark Pulse with something else. Dragon Dance or something.

Garchomp LV. 59 Careful Nauture @ razor Fang
218 HP/ 179 ATTACK/ 144 SPEED
Moveset: Dragon Rush Draco Metor Crunch Earthquake

Garchomp is a pokemon a lot of people use, and for good reasons, it's good, if u train it right.
Then train it right, give it 252Atk/252Spe Adamant/Jolly and Outrage/Earthquake/[fire move]/filler.

Lucario LV. 69 Sassy Nature @ black belt
208 HP/ 171 SP ATTACK/ 185 ATTACK
Moveset: Aura Sphere Extremespeed Iron Tail (replacing) Dragon Pulse

lucario is probally one of my best, nearly half the time Aura sphere takes out a enemy with one hit, i cant firgure out a move to replace iron tail any hints??
Rebreed this thing to something that doesn't decrease vital sweeper stats. Replace Iron Tail with something like Stone Edge. And give it a Life Orb.

Milotic LV. 4 <---- LOL (YEAH I HAVENT GOTTEN AROUND TO TRAINING IT) Bashful Nature @ splash plate
21 hp/ 15 sp def/ 11 speed
Moveset: Splash (must replace with somthing good) Surf Dragon Pulse Blizzard

i want this to be a stronger one then the one in my pearl file[/quote]
Then give it Choice Specs and max Special Attack and Speed. You may want to replace Blizzard with Ice Beam for reliability, and replace Splash with Hypnosis or Hydro Pump or so.

Blaziken LV. 67 Sassy Nature @ Charcoal
202 hp/ 176 sp atk/ 189 attack
Moveset:Blaze Kick Brave Bird Sky Uppercut Flare Blitz

i just love Blaziken hes my fav starter anybody who has come up with a good moveset for Blaziken please let me know through PM or this thread.
Something you can make of it would be Flare Blitz/Superpower/Stone Edge/Overheat. You may want to scarf it as it really needs speed.

Porygon-Z (Virus) LV. 44 Seroius Nature @ none at the moment
140 hp/ 128 sp atk/ 104 speed
Moveset: Signal Beam Psybeam Thunder Magnet Rise

i really do want a powerful porygon-z i need a better moveset than this
Tri Attack/Nasty Plot/Dark Pulse/Hyper Beam. What is the ability?

Alternatives
Kingdra: LV 73 Hardy Nature @ none (For Milotic)
207 hp/ 179 defense/ 187 attack
Moveset: Dragon Dance Dragon Pulse Surf Blizzard
Lolwut? Dragon Dance, but no physical moves? Give it something like DD/Waterfall/Outrage/filler. Or a Rain Dance set.

Gallade (Blade) LV. 35 Bold Nature @ none (For Porygon-Z)
99 hp/90 sp def/ 89 attak
Moveset: Psycho Cut Swords Dance Confusion Calm Mind
remove Confusion and Calm Mind and replace them with Close Combat and/or Stone Edge. And don't use a nature that f***s up its attack.

Infernape LV. 60 Naughty Nature @ Charcoal (For Blaziken)
179 hp/ 174 attack/ 164 speed
Moveset: Close Combat Flare Blitz Flame Wheel Earthquake
Probably the best set you have there. Replace Flame Wheel with Overheat or Fire Blast.

Metagross LV. 45 Careful Nature @ none (For Tyranitar)
136 hp/ 145 atk/ 136 def
Moveset: Bullet Punch Metal Claw Psychic Hammer Arm
Train it until it gets Meteor Mash, give it Earthquake and Explosion and something else. Bullet punch is fine.

Also a general tip: Don't use HP EVs on sweepers, use Speed.

Adamant: +Attack, -Special Attack

I'm assuming you don't really work with the alternates much, because their movesets are really weird. If you want to replace dragon dance with another stat booster, agility is your best bet. If you want another attack, signal beam is your only decent option. Or you could convert it into WouW's physical set.

By... breeding? Every egg you hatch has a random nature (unless you use the Everstone, which gives the mother 50% chance to pass a nature)

Be patient and you'll get a good nature.
