Well, this tournament was long ago (October 1st of this year) but I won that tournament with my Yoshi and I wanted to share the videos of the Final with you. Sadly, I couldn't You Tube them for some reason, so the only way to get them is downloading the Winzip. There are still matches to be uploaded, but I hope they will be soon.

I'm quite impressed Seba. You have a good Yoshi. F-smash dodge ftw!

There wasn't really much you did wrong in either of those matchups.

I noticed in the Marth one, if you managed to be unlagged right next to Marth while he lagged from a f-smash (ie after a sidestep or something) you tended to d-smash or d-tilt. Personally, I would f-tilt or u-tilt, so I could combo him more.

Also, you did a few down B's which were in no way going to hit Marth, even with the stars, so... I don't know what you were thinking there. Down B is very laggy, and unless you're at really low % (ie you'll still survive a tipper %) I wouldn't use down B. One big advantage Yoshi has on Marth (and pretty much everyone has on him) is that he has trouble comboing into tipper past 110% or so. This is the best time for you to punish him, as his attacks won't combo into a finisher, and won't finish you either unless you get tippered. It's sort of a survival zone where you won't get killed if you play it right.

I liked the Samus matchup, good egging. There really isn't much I can say about this, except that it's pretty pointless to try and upsmash through Bfield's platforms. The amount of upsmash that gets through simply isn't enough to be able to land it properly. I doubt it would work on people with no Yoshi experience either, as they would see you going for it and assume that its possible to hit with it.

Sometimes I do stupid mistakes when I know I´m facing a good opponent. You are right, I did pointless Yoshi Bombs, I think that I understimated my friend's intelligence somehow.

Hi guys... I' ve been reading this forum for a while, and from what I can see you've liked Seba's Yoshi.

Well, here are more matches from him, they are from the last tournament in Chile. He played with other characters other than Yoshi from what I'm aware. But he uses the green Dinosaur in the Grand Finals.

I'm soooo in love with this man's Yosh; it's amazing.

You're very good at baiting those Captain Falcon players. Especially with that spotdodge...I'm afraid to spotdodge so much against Falcon. I'll have to take a page out of your book for that matchup.

One thing I did notice, though, was that (especially against Sheik), you use your double jump waaaaaay too early and get hit out of your falling state when returning to the stage. One thing I recommend would be to untumble, wait a bit, and then start your double jump a bit closer to the stage. Close enough where, if you were to jump uninterrupted, you'd be over the stage at peak height. That way, even if you get hit out of your jump (with something like Sheik's forward air), you still have a shot at grabbing the ledge using the built-in resistance of the DJ. Other than that, though, I always enjoy watching your matches. So very nice. ^_^

Wow, your match against Pedro is simply...... amazing. You ripped his Falcon into itty bitty pieces and tore apart his Falco. That has got to be one of my favourite Yoshi Vs Captain Falcon matches of ALL times. So i shall quote an equally great Yoshi player;

I'll have to take a page out of your book for that matchup.
