Im just happy someone else actually knows how to punish tethers here.

But seriously, in melee, defensive play is viable, just no one does it because offensive play is as viable. But in project m, a lot of people come from brawl and play defensively, making the meta fluctuate towards that kind of play from what i have seen. For instance, a lot of snakes tend to camp and zone, but then professor pro comes from a straight melee background and is fairly hyper and technical and aggressive. So in a way it is kind of brawls fault that the game is slower. No offense to brawl, i love brawl, but this is just what i observe.
