Crimson King Proceeded to flame my post and lock it as a moderator

I do believe this was an injustice, and I ask for my thread to be re-opened
http://smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=127078

My thread is for the open minded, however people that could not tolerate my post decided to flame it and I would not doubt decided to report me for a post that was not spam at all

Certain people however made non-flamming replies, that seemed to me like good counter debates
For example: Yoshi101 and Superninjabreadman

And I would like to thank them for recognizing proper netiquit

However a mod decided to lock and flame my post right after another person decided to flame my Post

So I ask; Is this fair? If people cannot appreciate the uniqueness of my post, will no unique posters be able to post in the world?

I say this is one step toward ignorant Tyranny, I ask you for a reply

A. The topic was closed because it was blatant spam and when half the posts are just flames, it's not gonna last for long.

B. We don't allow the posting of topics about complaints, if you have a complaint contact a moderator or post about it in Forum Disputes.

C. I will be more than willing reopen the topic if actually spoken to with some respect other than telling me I am doing my job wrong. We close tons of a topics a week due to similar reasons, plus it probably belongs in General Smash discussion which I have no problem moving there.
