With Sakurai revealing things on anniversaries and release dates now, I think it's very likely we can expect a Pokemon character reveal on X and Y's release.
Mewtwo: has been hinted at by Sakurai and is also relevant again because of his Mega Evolution and his inclusion in one of the new Pokemon movies.
Sylveon: is sort of a mascot of Gen 6 right now. The first Fairy-type to be revealed, the newest evolution in the Eevee line, and also in the newest movie. I think Sylveon has a good chance of being in Smash 4.
Jigglypuff: probably the most likely reveal. Sakurai doesn't seem to want to reveal any more newcomers anytime soon, and Jiggs has been around since the first Smash. Also relevant again because of Fairy type.
Zoroark, Genesect, and Lucario are old news. I think they have a very low chance because they don't have much relevance anymore. Sakurai has said he wants the hot Pokemon in the new movies and such, and Gen 5 is old news.
