iirc you can get leftovers from a trash can in the town with the game corner. Put them on Lapras: you'll probably need their aid to take down the Ice girl. Also, give lapras Thunderbolt to help with her as well.

Fighting dude can be taken with Charizard I think: flamethrower/fly for most everyone, the onix's go to vileplume.

Ghost is going to be really difficult so just pound at her. Fearow has the most attack and can hit them with pursuit/ drill peck so go to him initially.

if you can grind your dragonair to a dragonite go to him on lance. Make sure to have dragon claw by that time.

Rival, just do your best. Eventually after enough trys and level ups you will beat them

I can't buy crap. I spent most of my money, so giving Lapras TB is not a option. Also, where exacly is the Leftovers?

There are two Leftovers in FireRed. Both require the Itemfinder. You need to stand exactly on the spot where the Snorlax were, and use the Itemfinder which will subsequently dig up the Leftovers.
