My Questions about Super Smash Bros Brawl

1)Is Brawl launched or it is just a demo?
2) The mash Ball apears too often, one at one minute. This will make brawl way to easy. Will it be fixed?
3) After I saw some videos I saw some strange items apearing. For example: A gigant gift, a football ball, a spikeball, a Sandbag, kinda cylinder, a metal block. What is with these?

1 its just a demo in japan, which answers 2 for the reason why the smashball appears all the time

3 the gigant gift is just a box decorated differently for that stage, and all of those other items had already been confirmed at E for All and Whooby
