Well, I'm new to the EV/IV training so I'm gonna need some major help.So here are my Pokemon's stats:

Dragonite @Lax Incense
Ability- Inner Focus
EVs-10 Atk,8 Def, 14 Spd
IVs- 14HP, 31Atk,31 Def, 16 Sp.Atk, 11Sp. Def, 31 Spd,Hidden Power- 59 Grass
Careful Nature(+Sp. Defense,-Sp. Attack)
Moves:
Thunder Punch
Fire Punch
Outrage
Aqua Tail

Well, Dragonite is pretty much meant to conquer multiple types obviously.Thunder Punch and Fire Punch are for the Ice types, and Aqua Tail is for Rock Types(Flying/Dragon + Rock= ****ed).Outrage is to take care of those Garchomps that everyone seems to be **** riding.Other than that, nothing really to this Pokemon.

Luxray @Magnet
Ability-Rivalry
EVs-7 HP, 25 Spd
IVs- 31 Hp, 22 Atk,29 Def, 25 Sp. Atk, 20 Sp. Def, 31 Spd, Hidden Power- 36 Ghost
Sassy Nature(+ Sp. Def,-Speed)
Moves:
Discharge
Thunder(might change it due to low accuracy)
Charge
Crunch

Luxray is nothing special either, apart from the fact that I can use Charge, then Dischrge to have a greater affect, hopefully causing a better chance of Paralysis.

Lucario @ Scope Lens
Ability-Inner Focus
EVs-10 HP, 13 Atk, 10 Def, 21 Sp. Atk, 3 Sp.Def
IVs-31 Hp, 31 Atk, 31 Def, 31 Sp. Atk, 23 Spd, Hidden Power- 67 Steel
Relaxed Nature(+Defense, -Speed)
Moves:
Rock Climb(CHANGING!!!)
Rock Slide
Dark Pulse
Aura Sphere

Lucario has some Attacks that are well with his weaknesses.Like for instance, Dark Pulse is for those Psychic Pokemon that have pestered me in the past,ugh...Anyway, Rock Slide also counters Lucario's other weakness, Flying types. I plan on changing Rock Climb to a Ground or Water move to counter Fire types as well.

Typhlosion @ Razor Fang
Ability-Blaze
EVs-8 Atk, 6 Def, 19 Spd
IVs- 17 Hp, 31 Atk, 31 Def, 19 Sp. Atk, 26 Sp. Def, 31 Speed,Hidden Power-69 Steel
Naughty Nature(+Atk,-Sp.Def)
Moves:
Flamethrower
Blast Burn
Strength(Changing to Solar Beam)
Eruption(Changing it to Sunny Day possibly)

Typhlosion is pretty simple. The only thing I need to confront is it's water weakness, which is why I'm putting Solar Beam in the mix.

Blastoise @ Wave Incense
Ability- Torrent
EVs- 1 Hp, 7 Def, 8 Spd
IVs- 31 Hp, 24 Atk, 31 Def, 30 Sp. Atk, 12 Sp. Def, 31 Spd, Hidden Power-48 Ground
Hasty Nature(+Speed,-Defense)
Moves:
Skull Bash
Hydro Cannon
Flash Cannon
Surf

Really nothing to explain here, but I'm thinking of trying to teach it Earthquake, but I'm not sure if a Blastoise can learn it.

Pidgeot @ None
Ability-Keen Eye
EVs-14 Atk, 6 Def, 21 Spd
IVs- 22 Hp, 31 Atk, 31 Def, 23 Sp. Atk, 26 Sp.Def, 31 Spd, Hidden Power-70 Steel
Moves:
Air Slash(Changing to Steel Wing)
Mirror Move
Fly
Hyper Beam(for some reason nobody expects a bird Pokemon to have this move, lol)

Pidgeot is very helpful in the sense of detecting if an enemy is weak against their own type, like Ghost and Dragon types using Mirror Move. I'm also thinking of teaching it Steel Wing in place of Air Slash since it has a Steel Hidden Power.Other than that, nothing to say about this Pokemon

This is NOT final, I'm gonna make various changes to this party, I might even put in other Pokemon in place of others, I don't know yet. So feel free to judge, insult, praise, and argue over my stats like everyone tends to do in a forum.:)

Luck dependent items, or hax items, like Lax Incense, Scope Lens, and King's Rock, are usually not allowed in standard play. Instead, use something like a choice band, choice scarf, leftovers, lum berry, life orb, etc. Also, you'll need to rebreed this because of its nature (and start fresh from EV training because you're obviously still getting the hang of it.) A better nature would be Adamant (+ atk -sp. atk) or Jolly (+speed -sp. atk) since these both benefit Dragonite and it doesn't need sp. atk. Choose whatever suits your needs. Moves look fine though. Also, the EVs are wrong, they should be 252 atk/252 speed/6 HP or something like that.

Luxray @Magnet
Ability-Rivalry
EVs-7 HP, 25 Spd
IVs- 31 Hp, 22 Atk,29 Def, 25 Sp. Atk, 20 Sp. Def, 31 Spd, Hidden Power- 36 Ghost
Sassy Nature(+ Sp. Def,-Speed)
Moves:
Discharge
Thunder(might change it due to low accuracy)
Charge
Crunch

Luxray is nothing special either, apart from the fact that I can use Charge, then Dischrge to have a greater affect, hopefully causing a better chance of Paralysis.

Having two moves of the same type is overkill. Instead replace Discharge and/or thunder with Fire Fang/Ice Fang/Spark. Luxray is also a more physical attack dependent Pokemon, so I would suggest this moveset:
~Fire Fang
~Spark
~Ice Fang
~Crunch
This moveset is going to require some egg moves.
Charge just begs for the opponent to switch in a ground type or Electivire so don't use it. Items such as plates or items that raise just a certain type shouldn't be used. Usually, the most used items in standard play are the one's I listed above with others. Rivalry should be intimidate so you don't lose any attack ever. EVs should be 252 atk/252 speed/6 HP or something along those lines. Nature should be Adamant/Jolly.

Lucario @ Scope Lens
Ability-Inner Focus
EVs-10 HP, 13 Atk, 10 Def, 21 Sp. Atk, 3 Sp.Def
IVs-31 Hp, 31 Atk, 31 Def, 31 Sp. Atk, 23 Spd, Hidden Power- 67 Steel
Relaxed Nature(+Defense, -Speed)

Rock Climb(CHANGING!!!)
Rock Slide
Dark Pulse
Aura Sphere

I plan on changing Rock Climb to a Ground or Water move to counter Fire types as well.

Lucario can do adequately as a mixed sweeper(both physical and special moves). If I had to guess a good set would look like this.
Lucario @ Life orb
Steadfast/Inner Focus
Mild (+ sp. atk - def)/Lonely (+ atk - def)
252 sp. atk/100 atk/156 speed
~Close Combat
~Extreme Speed
~ Psychic
~Dragon Pulse

Not one of Lucario's best as it works better as a phys. sweeper. Fire types aren't much of a threat due to their poor resistances and Stealth Rock.

Typhlosion @ Razor Fang
Ability-Blaze
EVs-8 Atk, 6 Def, 19 Spd
IVs- 17 Hp, 31 Atk, 31 Def, 19 Sp. Atk, 26 Sp. Def, 31 Speed,Hidden Power-69 Steel
Naughty Nature(+Atk,-Sp.Def)
Moves:
Flamethrower
Blast Burn
Strength(Changing to Solar Beam)
Eruption(Changing it to Sunny Day possibly)

Typhlosion is pretty simple. The only thing I need to confront is it's water weakness, which is why I'm putting Solar Beam in the mix.

Typholosion does its best as a sp. sweeper, so a Modest (+ sp. atk - atk.) works best for it along with the moveset:
Typholosion @ Choice Scarf
Blaze
252 sp. atk/252 speed/6 HP
~Eruption
~Flamethrower
~Focus Blast
~Hidden Power [Ice]
Hidden Power [Ice] is a pain to get(trust me), but well worth it. This set works best at the start of a battle where the opponent hasn't set up any spikes, stealth rocks, or weather effects. ERUPTION! FULL POWER! Later in the game though, when Typhlosion is lower on health, Flamethrower comes in handy.

Blastoise @ Wave Incense
Ability- Torrent
EVs- 1 Hp, 7 Def, 8 Spd
IVs- 31 Hp, 24 Atk, 31 Def, 30 Sp. Atk, 12 Sp. Def, 31 Spd, Hidden Power-48 Ground
Hasty Nature(+Speed,-Defense)
Moves:
Skull Bash
Hydro Cannon
Flash Cannon
Surf

Really nothing to explain here, but I'm thinking of trying to teach it Earthquake, but I'm not sure if a Blastoise can learn it.

ANY MOVE THAT GIVES THE OPPONENT A FREE TURN SHOULD NEVER BE USED!!!(with the exception of Slaking.) The opponent will seize the free opportunity and set up or bring in a counter. Also, Blastoise is more suited for defensive purposes.
Blastoise @ Leftovers
Torrent
Bold (+ def - atk)
252 HP/252 def/6 sp. atk
~Surf
~Rapid Spin
~Toxic/Yawn
~Ice Beam/Rest/Protect
is the standard. Stealth Rocks and Spikes are a major part of a defensive metagame so when used against you, just Rapid spin 'em away.

Ghost types are usually faster and don't use ghost type moves on a normal type so mirror move won't work there. Dragon types are very powerful and will kill pidgeot before it gets a chance to use Mirror move. Not much I can say here either. I suggest replacing it...

This is NOT final, I'm gonna make various changes to this party, I might even put in other Pokemon in place of others, I don't know yet. So feel free to judge, insult, praise, and argue over my stats like everyone tends to do in a forum.:)

All sweepers a team does not make. Put some defensive pokemon like the Blastoise set I recomended.
IVs don't need to be posted on a team, they're just always assumed to be 31 on teams. To EV train, you're going to need to rebreed this whole team with the right natures. As for EV training remember this:
Bidoof=HP
Machop=Attack
Geodude=Defense
Gastly=Sp. Atk
Tentacool=Sp. Def
Zubat/Starly=Speed

For every one of those you KO, you get 1 EV in the specified stat. If you want to get the EV spreads I listed above, you'll have to kill a correponding number. ex: 252 sp. atk/252 speed/6 HP = 252 gastly, 252 zubat/starly, 6 bidoof. All pokemon give EVs, it's just that these are the most common. The most EVs a pokemon can have in a certain stat is 255. However, for every 4 EVs you get +1 in that stat. 252/4=63. 255/4=63 R3. So let's say Pokemon A at lv. 100 has 1 in Stat X with 0 EVs in stat X. If I put 255 EVs into stat X, Pokemon A will have 64 in stat X at lv. 100. If I put 252 instead, Pokemon A will still have 64 in stat X. 3 EVs would have gone to waste if we used 255 so 252 is a better choice.(will not work on Shedinja).

Here are some other tips:
To get a desired nature to an egg, have a female pokemon or ditto with the desired nature hold an everstone. Now the egg has a 50% chance of getting the desired nature.

252 is a big number so look for tips to lower that number in the EV training guide.

Protein, Carbos, and other "Vitamins" give 10 EV in their respective stats but only 10 can be used on any one Pokemon, so that's a free 100 EVs.

Kelpsy, Tamato, and crew are berrys that are the opposite of the Vitamins but can be used infinitely. Useful if you mess up.

This is a whole lot for you to read(I just scratched the surface) and I'm sorry for that, but you'll thank me in the long run ;).

Thanks for the help man, I greatly appreciate it. I have a guide on EV Training though, so I can always check what Pokemon have what EVs and whatnot.I really should re breed this whole team because I started EV Training too late. :-/ I guess I better get started with it as soon as possible because I'm going to be battling once I start school again, I already have people challenging me.

In a castle, surrounded by a large solid bubble.
First, go read the stickies, they should have alot of info for competitive battling. Also, those natures aren't too good. Just rebreed.

Hm moves are horrid (barring surf and waterfall). They hae bad move power, sometimes low accuracy, or give opponents a free turn.

Please don't use those items that require luck (hax items). People usually get upset from them and usually won't battle you. Not to mention have items. Honestly, the only pokemon without an item is theif jask, and it isn't too good.

Basicly, everything that Jigglyppuff said.

your team is ok but your stratigy is very weak a full power stratagy wont beat wifi battle tower rank 10s

I doubt it's an OU team, because I'm just using my favorites and not the Pokemon everyone else has used.I see the same Pokemon in most people'steams(mainly Garchomp,Metagross, and some other ones I keep forgetting about, lol). But like I said, I'm rebreeding my whole team and whatnot.Hopefully, I can come up with a better team than this.

Your EV's a really low...or you're just using the wrong format.

Consider items like Leftovers, Choice Band / Scarf / Specs, Focus Band / Sash, Scope Lens, and berries.

Yeah, I'm working on that as well, I was still new to the whole thing when I posted this thread(like a month or so ago) and I was training the wrong way, but I have the right format I'm pretty sure, but I didn't start training from the begininning, which is why my EVs are so low.
