Now that we've seen My Music, it might be possible to be able to take screenshots, now that I think about it... Stickersc an also be collected, like music, so I wonder if you can collect Brawl combat pictures like the ones on the website. What do you think?

it would be awesome if you could take screen shots, then load them onto an SD card and transfer them to your computer. the question is, would it only be in a special mode, like camera mode in melee? or would you be able to take screenshots in adventure and regular matches? more importantly, how would you take the picture?

A special button combination when paused.
L+R+B+start? L+R+Z+start?

All good. It'd be a SWEET addition! I got really good at pausing the EXACT "Knee to the nutsack" moments.

being able to load pictures on a SD card to be transfered to PC sounds like the best idea. it would be made uber awesome if a video mode was added with the same sort of concept. I'd be able to make my portfolio then :)

Perhaps there are options on the pause mode, and you can press certain buttons to take a pic to save to My Pictures.
And then...

Anyways, I think this would be a cool idea, but after looking at the pictures three times or so, I find I have no need for them. It's a good idea, but shortlived. I'd rather save whole matches =] .

-Also, does anyone know why I can't go on SWF on my home computer? When I try, it says my internet isn't connected, when I can visit any other site.
I'm on my friends computer for the moment.

You guys realize that it only takes $15 (used to be 10, they hiked the price) and a decent computer to get screenshots off Melee, right? It's called a GameBridge. LINK

SD card transfers are not necessary, but would be nice. Video is out of the question. Well, video that your computer can read is out of the question.

i remember when ssb was released a few months. a magazine had a competition which involve pressing start on closeups (e.g: link's sword inches away from mario's face, when a flying object just missed someone .etc)

the pause screen might get a overhaul. that the screenshot mode in ssbm will be in the pause screen

the thing is though, not everybody wants to spend an extra 15 bucks on something that could be included in the first place. I don't have a credit card, so i can't order stuff online, so this is useless to me. also, does it even work on the Wii?

It works on anything with rca cables. Taking pictures in standard file formats is kind of taxing. I can see it happening, though.

Video in standard format is very taxing and is definitely not going to happen. Besides, the Wii doesn't have nearly enough space on that tiny flash memory to record lots of video. Saving replays would be nice, though. If you did something amazing, you could record it later.
