I don't real like writing any descriptions this time. everything it pretty straight forwards

Uxie @ Choice Scarf
nature: Imprish
EVs: 252 HP / 104 Def / 152 Spe
T-Wave
U-turn
Stealth rocks
Trick

This is my favorite lead by a long shot. Does everything I need a lead to do and its bulky. Can status, set up SRs, trick. It is pretty perfect imo.

Snorlax @ choice band
nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpD
Body Slam
Superpower
Earthquake
Pursuit

This set is pretty unique. I like superpower and on this to deal with most steels. EQ works nicely on this. I chose pursuit over crunch because rotoms and other pokes like to run from this assuming i have crunch so pursuit works nicely. Body Slam is for STAB.

Roserade @ leftovers
nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP / 136 SpD / 120 Spe
Spikes
Stun Spore
HP Fire
grass knot

I love roserade the special defense is nice and stun spore supports my team well. Easy to set up spikes with this thing.

Heatran @ choice scarf
nature: Naive
EVs: 252 spe/ 252 SpA/ 4 atk
Fire Blast
Earth Power
dragon Pulse
Explosion

I seem to always have a heatran on all my teams. He is my favorite revenge killer in the game. And he is nice and strong.

Zapdos @ leftovers
nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP / 228 Def / 32 Spe
T-bolt
heat wave
roost
HP grass

I am considering switching heat wave for Roar but heat wave is nice for coverage.

Gyarados @ leftovers
nature: Imprish
EVs: 252 HP/200 Def/16 Spd/40 SDef
Rest
Sleep talk
waterfall
roar

I love this gyarados. This is super hard to kill and super annoying. It is great with entry hazards and causes a lot of trouble and damage

snorlax does a decent job at countering Rotom-A without HP fighting but other than that, yea, your team does have Rotom-A problems

Doesn't even NEED HP Fighting when you can cripple Lax with Wisp.
