My New Item Idea

This is my new Item Idea:

A Goomba should come in this kind of boot. Hit the Goomba and take the boot.
While in boot, you should not de able to atack or use B-moves.
If you push A, the boot should jump once (even in midair). The jump should be twice as higher than a normal jump. If the Boot-Player should land on a ground Player, that should become stuck in the floor. The Boot should be left by pushing Up.

How long should it last? Don't get me wrong though, it's an awesome idea!
