Looks like you got a pretty good Ness setup. I don't personally use the Pixie bracelet on him, but it works. There's nothing to say, really.

I recently started earthbound again when ademisk said that you should play it again if you forgot about the franklin badge being in mother 2.

lol! My ness is level 45 right now and I keep dying when that giyga in fourside kidnapped paula.

the problem is that jeff keeps dying and I kinda need his slime generator.
VERY OCCASIONALLY ness dies and i can't heal.
I really found how hard it is to survive without paula when she was kidnapped.
Also, what is the broken gadget? Jeff keeps being a little ***** and procrastinates fixing it!

..look, just take your bat and gun to the mook's face. He doesn't have enough HP to be bothersome. Also, give Jeff healing items. It's not that hard to survive without Paula, she only does a little extra damage. Use your Rockin B, the guy goes down like a ****ing light.

I only used it once before realizing it SUCKED

and multi-bottle-rockets make the game less fun, as do all bottle rockets.

I was only level 12 so I was expecting an epic battle(by which I mean an actual challenge), and instead I get this. Hilarious.

I find it funny that one of Paula's best weapon's is the holy fry pan. WTF???

Who do you think is the second best character in the game (cause Ness is obviously broken). I think Jeff is worst at higher levels cause all his good moves do a pre-set damage (besides his regular attack which is OK, but no SMAAAAAAASHES...). Poo is really good at higher levels (good attack power + strong psi), but at lower levels he really suffers from his low pp and high cost psi (the fact that he's usually at a lower level than your other party members exemplifies this...). Of course at higher levels this doesn't matter cuz everything's 999 (I think Poo surpasses Ness when they're both at higher levels at the same level when he has sword of kings). Paula's weird cause her pp > hp starting around 80 (I think). She has good psi (Psi Freeze is her best imo) but defense is meh. She is pretty quick though...

I think that Poo should have been given psi fire instead of thunder.

The hardest enemy party in that game is two ghosts of starmen (if you don't beat them in three turns U DEAD FOO).

I think I'm just a ramblin' bamblin' shroom though...

Edit: I never got the sword of Kings. I tried for a day and quit. It's like 1 in 35000 right? Oh and Gutsy bat, never got that.

If you beat the game and you didn't know what Tony was talking about, you didn't beat the game.

Also, Sage, the second best changes. Jeff has his bottle rockets which are effing cheap, Paula has her Freeze Spells(Don't kid yourself, you don't use any other spells with her) and Poo is a great backup healer and attacker. Based on their elvel, it changes constantly. At the end, it hardly matters. The game's not hard enough for it to matter. And Ghost of Starmen aren't THAT hard.

Fighting...thing? What? I'm talking about when you fight Giygas, the stuff Tony is bothering you about becomes slightly important.

Maxing out all stats with Rock Candy isn't worth it. You don't need max stats to beat the game, and you need to Pray at Giygas regardless. It's impossible to beat him without it.
