I think that Miis should be in Brawl. But I think that at the character selection screen there should be four "Mii" spots for you to dowload your Miis (easily downloaded, easily deleted) so that your friends can bring their Miis from there Wiis and download them for play and then delete for some else to have a Mii spot. Also I think that these should be their moves:

Standard:
A- Jab, Jab, Kick Combo (basic fighting)
^A- Boxing Uppercut (with gloves)
>A- Mii Punch (a powerful punch with a boxing glove to send opponents, especially high percentage ones, flying to their doom)
v A- Mii Spin (spins feet, think Sheik, Samus, etc.)

Smash:
B- Sports Balls (pulls out, randomly, baseball bat, golf club, or tennis raquet, and hits baseball, golf ball, or tennis ball, respectively, which flys straight towards opponents to hit them)
^B- Mii Grab (a white hand grabs Mii, Mii starts to flail, which hits opponents, Mii is pulled in direction you choose, like fire fox, for 2 seconds, going down is hand sets down flailing Mii)
>B- Bowling Ball (throws one of four colored bowling balls, depending on player number, pink = 1st, blue = 2nd, green = 3rd, and yellow = 4th, which hits and flinches or trips opponents)
v B- Mii "girly fighting move"(name pending, lol)- flails arms up and down to repel projectiles or hit opponents

Grab:
^G- Hits player upwards with tennis raquet
>G- Hits Player with golf club to the right
<G- Hits Player with baseball bat to the left
v G- Throws down onto ground and jumps on them

Final Smash:
March of the Miis- One Hundred Computer Generated Miis (like computer Wii Sports Opponents) run across the stage as they fall from the sky (to hit almost every platform) knocking every character back, possibly falling off the stage.

Winning Pose:
The Mii "just created" poses- one of the poses they make when they are just created (disco pose, etc...)

Whatchall tink bout dat???

Good idea, but because it's a Mii, there's plenty of combinations of ideas. Like what about the Build of the Mii? Would the Fat miis be Power types, and skinny be speed types? Why not give the gamer the ability to customize his Mii's moves? Or why not have your Mii copy a random fighter's attacks, like what's-his-name in Soul Calibur? There are plenty of ideas.

It is kind of on topic. Miis could be like Charade, and have a randomly picked moveset that resembles another character's.

You can practically make anyone into a Mii, and they star in 5 games individually, and have cameos in the leading titles of the Wii Console. They are becoming very popular very fast. :p

But Miis are a first party character. And there is. It's you. That's the idea. And it represents the "Wii ____" (fill in the blank) games.

Also you could make the person you want to beat up the most in the world into a Mii and then slaughter their level 1 arses with your SSB veteran skills.

Very true. Plus, you can personally beat up Sonic for being in so many sh*tty games, instead of beating him in a footrace.

Or make your own story of McLovin, by making him get in a fight with a Giant Penguin.

But seriously, I'm gonna be playing as myself if Miis are confirmed for a verrrryyyy long time, until I start using some Joke Miis.

With Miis the possibilities could be endless in Brawl, and people could have their favorite human (or not for the creative) video game characters who didn't make it in be brawlers after all.

As Sakurai once said: "With a feature like that, won’t I be able to play this game forever?!"
