A couple of things I noticed:

you rely on dodges way to much. Try to evade actual attacks more, and dodge possible attacks less, as you're left with vulnerable frames a lot if you spam dodges.

You could use a little work on spacing pk fire. Towards the end, you were using the pk fire in the right context, but the spacing was just a little off.

Your preference for the different aerials should be more weighted towards nair and dair. When you're doing tilts, a lot of the time you could substitute a nair or dair for about 10% more damage and a little more combo potential.

I wish I could have seen some edgeguarding, but w/e. Your opponent needs a little work on DI.

Good lucas overall, don't let the critique throw you. I especially liked the vertical pkt recovery.

Thanks, the reason i do alot of dodges is because i don't see any other lucas do them and i would like to get real good with that little short-hop air dodge and catch people off guard that haven't played a lucas like mine. I'll have to post a better vid of my pk fire game. I tried to not do them to much cause if i spam them, my friend gets irritated and doesn't want to play anymore so i rather not use it and get better with other moves. I'll try to keep your advice in mind while practicing Levitas, thanks alot.

hint:spamming pk fire is good. but its how u spam it. like toon links arrows.mix in some up f-airs, n-airs, and when u knock em off barrage him wit the pk thunder,(possible knocking them offscreen). ex:
___=stage
0=lucas
x=opponent
k=thunder
j=tail of thunder

x k j
j

keep pushing and pushing them. easier wit big cpus, and nubs.

generally the simplest means of a side-stage ko with pk thunder is to hit the opponent in an "S" shaped trajectory,; it will usually provide a close to linear knockback in the opposite direction of the thunder (side-stage)
