My internet isn't working.

I use a Bell wireless router. For some reason, though I can connect to the internet on it and surf the web with it, when I try to connect it to Online battling, it rejects me. Can anyone help?

So it works on the 3DS usually, just not when you're connecting to Smash Bros? Is it giving you an error code?
