Prologue
The gods were out doing there job. Freyla the water goddesses, Zant the god of hurricanes, Motnory the god of fire and thunder, and the other gods pordes, gin’ra, and gredin. They are the gods and goddesses of precipitation, rocks, and days. One afternoon while most of the gods worked, Zant and Freyla attacked them. Zant and Freyla killed pordes but the other gods fought them off. Although it was a fierce battle none of them were hurt except pordes who sacrificed himself to save them. When Zant and Freyla left, the gods went back to their temple and tried to figure out a plan, but they just didn’t have time in the day or night. After a while they decided to call upon someone and ask them to do it. They said there was only one person who could do it.

“Obeeda!” The gods said, “We have found out that Zant the god of hurricanes and Freyla the goddess of water have betrayed us and are trying to destroy Rome.

“If this is so why have you called upon me” Obeeda asked?

“We don’t have time to go stop them so we need you to?”

“I would gladly do it.” Suddenly a wave it the temple.

“Looks like they already started attacking Rome.” Obeeda made is way to the great sea.

“Freyla!” Obeeda yelled, “I ask you to stop?”

“Why should I, Freyla asked?” Suddenly Freyla sent a wave towards Obeeda, but he easily dodged it. “I will kill you and all of Rome.” At that moment Freyla sent hundreds of waves. Obeeda was barely running away from them all. Then Freyla climbed up to the top of the cliff, so instead of hitting the water with her hands to create waves, she dived and created a huge tsunami. While she was doing that Obeeda climbed the cliff and started throwing rocks at her. Then a rock hit Freyla right on the head. She screamed then the tsunami dropped. Obeeda had killed Freyla, but Zant was still alive. A little while later he went back to Rome, but when he got there he saw a huge hurricane.

Obeeda called to Zant saying “why are you doing this!”

“So I can become the one and only god,” Zant called back to him.

“I will stop you!”

“You can’t defeat a god.” Suddenly Zant stopped the hurricane and came running toward Obeeda. Before Obeeda could think Zant started to spin really fast. Then Zant formed a hurricane and sucked Obeeda up. After a couple minutes Zant threw Obeeda and said, “No one can defeat a god.” Then he laughed. When Obeeda finally got up he noticed one-third of Rome was destroyed by Zant. An hour later Obeeda was back in the temple of the gods.

“I am sorry but I think Zant is too strong” Obeeda sadly stated.

“Obeeda!” the gods pleaded, “please try again.” “I think Zant just caught you off guard.”

“Fine, I will try again.” So Obeeda headed for the desert.

When Zant saw Obeeda coming he laughed and said, “Why are you here, because you know you can’t defeat a god.”

“You are wrong Zant I killed Freyla, and ill kill you, Obeeda yelled.” Just then Zant turned into a hurricane and came toward Obeeda. “That won’t work again Zant.” Obeeda ran to the mountains and grabbed a rock and a piece of strong rope. Then he tied the rock to his leg, but he couldn’t move because the rock weighed a ton. He waited for Zant to come and when he came he grabbed Zant and stabbed him with a sharp piece of the rock that was tied to his leg, then he threw him down. A little while later Obeeda was back in the temple of the gods.

“Thank you Obeeda,” the gods stated.

“It’s no problem,” Obeeda said.

“Since you saved Rome we will give you the power to be a god.”

“Thank you for the offer but I’m going to stay and help the rest of Rome.

epilogue
Obeeda left the temple and went to his house. the next day someone needed help and he went there to help them.he was considered a hero all the way from rome to asia. he went everywhere doing everything. He found a wife and settled down to have kids and when he had twins one baby gerto had the speed of Obeeda while the other baby herto had his strength. Right then Obeeda knew that sonn his boys were going to save Rome.

Sean, how old are you?

You've insulted the rules of the English language in this story. I know you're probably really young, but you can still jump into MSWord and it will do a lot of auto-correcting for you.

Anyways, the story itself is really bland. I know that you're probably really young (and I am too) but you should really read some other stories. If you pay attention you'll notice that from anyone but your own point of view, nobody seems to be familiar with this Obeeda character at all. Either way, the grammatical errors get in the way of the quality of the story. Also, there is absolutely no description whatsoever. Just bare dialogue and actions. I have to be able to feel the realness of the myth I'm reading. It may be a myth, but the characters and settings have to be believable in their own way. Make things somewhat realistic, somehow.

EDIT: Wait. You're 17?

i agree with sheepyman. but I'm not bashing anyone. however, i do find that the red text is just distracting and annoying.
