Smash Journeyman
I'm in the process of making this team so I don't have IV's for anyone except Dragonite.

Impish
252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Atk
Stealth Rock
Roar
EQ
Avalanche
Lay down Sleath Rock first, and then phaze if I don't like opponent. EQ and Avalanche if he must attack. With the given EV's and nature he could have 404 HP and 306 Def making him very sturdy.
Weezing@Black Sludge
Levitate
Bold
252 Def/ 200 Hp/ 52 Sp Atk
Haze
Pain Split
Toxic
Flamethrower
ZOMG NO WILL O WISP? No, I'm trying something different with this moveset. Haze is obvious, while Pain Split prolongs life. Toxic can F walls in the A (cough Blissey cough cough), or opponents may switch when poisoned, allowing them to get hurt by the Stealth Rocks.
Flamethrower to take out Steel pokes or Baton Passing insects ( cough Ninjask). I realize this Weezing would be crippled by Heatran but I don't plan on using this Weezing in Uber play anyways. I decided to give him EV's in Sp Atk so that if he has to use Flamethrower, it might actually do decent damage.

SteadFast
Timid
252 Sp Atk/ 252 Speed/ 4 Def
Aurashpere
Dark Pulse
Psychic
Dragon Pulse
Special Sweeper. Very original moveset, I know. I choose Timid nature because with choice specs, he doesn't need a Spa Atk boosting nature. Steadfast abillity so that if someone pulls a Fakeout, or something along those lines, he can really sweep.
Dragonite@Yache Berry
Inner Focus
Jolly
IV's: 28 Hp/ 28 Atk/ 30 Speed
252 Atk/200 Speed/ 52 HP
Outrage
EQ
Fire Punch
DD
Typical Dragonite. Moveset, nature, and EV's are basically copy and pasted. I don't really understand the EV's, but I ran them through the stat calculator and didn't see anything horrible, so I'll trust them. I guess the speed ev's are to get over a base-w/e group in speed so I won't mess with it. Yache berry over other things so I don't get OHKO while I set up my DD.
(I couldn't find a moving pic, so this was the next best thing)
Kangaskhan@Leftovers
Early Bird
Adament
212 HP/ 76 Atk/216 speed
Substitute
Focus Punch
Return/EQ/Fakeout
Sucker Punch
Sub Puncer. With 31 HP IV, she can set up 101 hp subs, and with focus punch, she is a fantastic Blissey counter. 216 speed can make it have 270 speed which can outspeed some of the OU pokemon. Sucker Punch is a great attack first move, and I don't know how to handle the last spot. I don't really need Fakeout since she has Sucker Punch, but Fakeout plus Sucker Punch allows me to hit the opponent twice, first, for their one attak. Return becomes quite strong with the STAB it gets while EQ provides better type coverage than Return.
Gengar@Life Orb
Levitate
Timid
252 SP atk/ 252 Speed/ 4 HP
Destiny Bond
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast
I choose life orb so Gengar can get a slight boost in his attacks. His Hp and defenses are bad, which is why I don't mind if the Life Orb drains some HP if I can OHKO certain foes. Shadow Ball for STAB, Thunderbolt for type coverage. Destiny Bond is when I know Gengar isn't living next turn, so I can try and get one more KO before he perishes. I know Focus Blast without Scope Lens is risky, but I don't mind the risk because the results can be great.
So hows my team? Any glaring weakness that I'm over looking that could just cripple my team? Please rate/comment.
