My dazzle isn't being read

My problem with my dazzle is that even when its in, WMM says it doesn't detect a video capture device, WTF!

Can juu help meh with this?

Also when I plug it in, I get a bubble on the side that says something about an error installing the hardware and it might not work right.

Install drivers
probably from a CD that came with it
or on the manufacturers website

Don't know about this but try calling the manufacturer's number.
